In stock items normally ship within a reasonable period after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on back-order. Once an item has shipped cancellation is not possible, but you may return the goods to D-F-D's distribution center for a refund. If you choose to return an item that has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our distribution center.
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit back. In circumstances when an item is approved for return after 10 days a restocking fee may be charged. Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.

STANDARD DELIVERY offers delivery right to your front door. The typical delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days from the day your order is confirmed. Standard Delivery include full assembly, unpacking and trash removal. Deliveries are made Saturday-Thursday. Delivery appointments, are made for a four-hour window usually from 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm.
